By purchasing or using beats from prodbyddwyd, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Beat Licenses

All beats are licensed, not sold. Ownership remains with prodbyddwyd unless an exclusive license is purchased.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final due to the digital nature of the products.

Delivery

Beat files and licenses are delivered digitally, typically within 24 hours or instantly when available.

Prohibited Use

• Reselling or redistributing beats without permission
• Claiming ownership of non-exclusive beats
• Using beats outside the license terms

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not provided once files are delivered.
